age 63, of Summit Township, passed away at his home April 21, 2013. He is survived by his sister, Ruth (Paul Cardwell) Hammond, one brother, Paul (Esteline) Hammond, niece Michelle Lynn (Harley) Arvinas, three nephews, Scott Russell (Nancy Kalisch) Bradley, Kevin Albert (Jessica) Bradley and Timothy Paul Hammond, two great-nieces Laylah Ruth and Danica Bradley, great-nephew Drew Bradley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Edna Hammond. He was a graduate of Michigan Center High School, Class of 1967, worked 26 years at Montgomery-Wards and retired from Gerdau (Mac Steel). Roger was an avid family man who took pride in his nephews and niece. He will be greatly missed -Contributions in his memory are directed to the Alzheimers Disease Association.
