Billy M. Mills, 87, of Memphis, passed away August 22, 2013. He was owner of Billy Mills Carpets for 50 years. He was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church and a WWII Navy veteran. Mr. Mills is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joyce L. Mills and his two daughters, Lisa Mills and Leigh Ann Riedel (Larry) and three granddaughters, Rachel, Sarah and Rebecca Riedel. The family will receive friends Monday, August 26, from 10-11 a.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church followed by the service at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society or All Saints Episcopal Church.
