Richard James 'Dickie' Stevens was born on May 24, 1949 in Coupeville, Washington. His father Joseph P Stevens was 43 and his mother Alma St John Stevens was 39. He had six brothers, five sisters, and one other sibling. He died as a child on April 29, 1957 in Seattle, Washington. Dickie had Cerabel Palsey and required constant care. I was only 5 years old and just have vauge memories of him. I believe his body was donated to medical science at the University of Washington upon his death.
