Grover Russell age 64 of Salyersville, Ky., passed away Friday, August 23, 2013, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born December 25, 1948, in Magoffin County, Ky., to the late Fred Russell and Felcie Tackett Russell.
In addition to his parents,he was preceded in death by two brothers Roland Russell and Soland Russell.
Grover is survived by two sons, Grover Russell Jr., and Coby Russell, and one daughter Breanna Russell, all of Rockholds, Ky., four brothers, Frank Russell, Johnny Russell, Garland Russell, and Fred Jr., Russell all of Salyersville, Ky., nine sisters, Mary Lou Dyer of Salyersville, Ky., Phyllis Jean Arnett of Salyersville, Ky., Opal Blanton of Staffordsville, Ky., Glinda Kessler of Tipton, OH., Patty Howard of Salyersville, Ky., Bonnie Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, Vicki Conley of Salyersville, Ky., Barbara Kay Howard of Salyersville, Ky., and Tammy Tackett of Detroit, MI., and two grandchildren, Michael Russell, and Skyler Russell.
Funeral services for will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, August 26, 2013, from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel,with Herman Russell officiating. Burial to follow in the Russell Cemetery, Lacy, Kentucky
