JOHNSTOWN — REGAN – Timothy James, 53, died Sept. 11, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Aug. 28, 1957, in Johnstown, son of the late Edward and Betty (Fitzsimmons) Regan. Survived by siblings: Dennis, married to Lorie Crocco; Patrick, married to Silvia Rivera; Rebecca, married to Mitchell Azar; and Kevin; also loving aunt and uncle, Nila (Fitzsimmons) and George Way. Tim was a 1977 graduate of the School of Computer Technology in Pittsburgh, entering the field of computer programming in its early stages and going to work for H. Ross Perot with EDS. Always seeking new challenges, he worked for Petty-Ray Geophysical in the Southern Gas and Oil fields; was selected to move the main frame for Servistar when the company relocated from Butler to Chicago, Ill.; joined CTC at its beginning in Johnstown; and traveled the United States extensively writing programming for Sterling Commerce. Tim was an outgoing personality at the pool table or card table, always ready with a new magic trick to entertain. As a young boy, Tim bought home his first dog, Muttley, and that nature for helping continued on into adulthood. Rest in peace now, Tim. Love, your family.
