Louis Bloedorn, 77, died this morning at the homestead farm in Maple Grove, now operated by his son, Hubert. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Reedsville funeral home and at 2 o'clock at the St. John-James Evangelical Lutheran church in Reedsville. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He was born in Maple Grove in 1872 and in 1903 married Miss Julia Gauger, locating on the farm in the town. Mrs. Bloedorn died just four years ago today, Dec. 30, 1945.

Survivors are six daughters, Mrs. Delmar Evenson and Mrs. James Frisch of Valders, Mrs. Alfred Jaeger of Maribel, Mrs. Waldemar Toepel of Cleveland, Mrs. Lester Ziebell of Oshkosh and Mrs. Kurt Wagner of Luck, Wis.; two sons, Hubert on the home farm and Paul of Valders; brother, Henry of Reedsville; two sisters, Mrs. Albert Krueger and Mrs. August Rusch of Reedsville; and 24 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m .Saturday.
