Ensign John Worsley Waterloo Costley, to be Lieutenant vice Curwood, resigned. Dated 25th May 1855.


He was married to Ellen Thomson in St. George's Hanover Square district, London, in Q3. 1868.

Ellen Costley died 14 June 1923.
Her death was registered at Crickhowell, Monmouthshire.

Florence Worsley Thomson Costley, b. 1869, Beaminster, Dorset.
