Johnny Ray Crocker, 65 of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Sunday, November 30, 1947 in Lauderdale County, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Robert E. Crocker and the late Virginia Chipman Crocker.

He was retired from the City Of Dyersburg Fire Department and was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Funeral services for Mr. Crocker will be 2:30 PM on Friday at Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with the Bro. Truman Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 PM until service time at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Lenita Agee Crocker of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two daughters, Shelly Essary and Laura Beth Marbrey both of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one brother, Eddie Crocker of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one sister, Janice Harris of Dyersburg, Tennessee and four grandchildren, John Colton Crocker, Leanna Butler, Jamie Butler and Lacy Essary all of Dyersburg, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Crocker.

Pallbearers will be Glendale Brasfield, Ronnie Collins, Paul Braithwaite, Billy Agee, David Essary and Willie Wilson.
