Ruth Hogue Baker

Ruth Ella Hogue Baker, 54 of 33224 Railroad Street, Lewisville died early Wednesday morning January 25, 1989 at the Good Samaritian Hospital, Zanesville. She was born December 16, 1934 in Monroe County a daughter of Virginia Smith Hogue of Lewisville and the late Roy Hogue. She was a member of the Woodsfield Church of Christ.

In addition to her mother Virginia Smith Hogue, she is survived by her husband, Gary Baker, Lewisville; four daughters, Mrs. Jeff (Debbie Hogue) Gardner, Graysville, Mrs. John (Sharon Headley) Huffman, Jerusalem, Mrs. Steven (Jeanie Thompson) Carpenter, Whipple, Shirley Thompson, Lower Salem; one son, Russell Headley, Woodsfield; three step-daughters, Mrs. Jeff (Carla Baker) Foraker, Caldwell, Mrs. Mathew (Tawyna Baker) Singleton, Columbus; 16 grandchildren; one brother, James Coy Hogue, Lewisville.

Friends were received at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield where services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday with Harry Summers officiating. Interment will be in the Friendship Cemetery, Lewisville, Ohio.
