Mildred Naomi Payne passed away at her home at the age of 91. Mildred was born on May 1, 1929 in Stigler, Oklahoma to Charley and Luthie Williams. After graduating High School Mildred married Billy Payne and they remained married until his passing in 1993. Throughout Mildred's life she enjoyed traveling with her husband. They traveled all over the Country including New Orleans and Hawaii. Mildred loved to volunteer her time and talents and those who knew her can attest to her wicked sense of humor. Mildred will be greatly missed by her family. A private graveside service will be held at Memory Gardens Memorial Park in McAlester, Oklahoma.
