Joe Niel Cunningham, age 55, of Nashville, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2013. His hobbies included making candy, being a handy man, and doing missionary work.
He is preceded in death by his biological parents Woodrow Wilson and Dovie Dee Cunningham, Mother Helen Pate, brothers Jr. Cunningham, David Pate, and Donald Cunningham.
He is survived by son Josh (Brooke) Cunningham, and daughter Jessica Cunningham, Father David S. Pate, brothers & sisters: William Pate, Johnny, James, Jimmy, and Dennie Cunningham, Nancy Donagan, Mary Ferrell, Linda Greene, Brenda Broadbent, Sharon Ervin, and Jackie, Dovie, and Janice Cunningham, grandchildren Jackson Neil and Luke David Cunningham, and multiple nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and loved ones for a service at New Life (2418 Foster Ave., 37210) on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 2pm with Bob Hansen officiating. Entombment will follow services at Woodlawn Cemetery.
