Waylon Jerome Falter, precious 5-month-old baby boy of Kenneth and Laura Falter, joined the angels in heaven Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at St. Mary's Health Center. He was born March 12, 2013, in Jefferson City, the son of Kenneth Lawrence and Laura Jean (Baepler) Falter. In Waylon's short time on earth, he touched his family and everyone around him with his smile. He was baptized at Holy Family Catholic Church in Freeburg.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Lilyann Falter, of the home; paternal grandfather, Jerome Falter, Freeburg; maternal grandparents, John and Connie Baepler, Jefferson City; maternal great-grandmother, Louise Henderson, Versailles; and seven aunts and uncles, Mark (Laura) Baepler, Jamestown; Mike (Regina) Baepler, Jamestown; Janice (Jim) King, Warrenton; Bob Falter, Winfield; Carla (Joe) Fiorella, Olathe, Kan.; Gary (Susan) Falter, Wentzville; and Kevin (Cara) Falter, Freeburg. Waylon was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ann Falter.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, 17, 2013, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Freeburg with the Rev. Nicholas J. Reid, officiating. Burial will be in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home in Westphalia with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the Holy Family Catholic School, 110 W. Oliver Street, P.O. Box 156, Freeburg, MO 65035. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home in Westphalia is in charge of the arrangements.
