David Paul Eggleston, 65, died at his home on Saturday, August 18, 2013.
He was born December 24, 1947 in Waterloo, son of George Louis and Zelna J. Keniston Eggleston.
David served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He graduated from Columbus High School and the Brown College of Broadcasting School in Minneapolis, MN. He was a broadcaster with KOOL 105.7, now KXEL, under the name of Paul Michaels.
He is survived by a brother, Gerald Thomas (Fran) Bussey of Liberty, Mo.; two sisters, Carol (Phil) Bussey Porter of Oskaloosa and Dolores Bussey of Waterloo.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Michael Eggleston as an infant and a sister, Marlys Baker.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
