Mildred Poole Glover, age 82, of Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of Portland, passed away July 4, 2012. She was born in Portland, on August 10, 1929, to the late Tommy and Pearl Poole. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Glover; brothers, Talmadge and Doug Poole; sisters, Geraldine Poole and Helen Jones. She is survived by her daughters, Janice Profitt and Pat Burger, both of Indianapolis, Ind.; grandchildren, Brian, Josh, Dusty, and Angel; nine great grandchildren; brother, Tom Poole of Florida; sisters, Dot Graves of Indianapolis, Pauline Hackett, Mary Briley, Sue Meadows, Linda Simms, Pam Crawford, all of Portland. Visitation is 5 p.m., until 8 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2012, at Little & Sons Funeral Home in Beech Grove, Ind. Local Portland visitation is 4 p.m., until 8 p.m., Saturday, July 7, 2012, and after 12 noon Sunday, at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home. Funeral service is 2 p.m., Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with interment at Old Brush Cemetery.
