Teresa Ann Stout, age 54, of Blackwell, formerly of Cedar Vale, passed away at the Integris Hospital in Blackwell, OK. May 19, 2013.
Services for Teresa Ann Stout, (Blackwell, OK.) formerly of Cedar Vale will be Friday, May 24, 2013, 2pm at the First Baptist Church in Cedar Vale. Visitation will be Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 6pm to 7:30pm at Wheeler Funeral Home in Cedar Vale. Interment will be in Cedar Vale Cemetery. A memorial has been set-up with RCB of Blackwell, to help defray funeral costs. Condolences may be sent to [email protected]
Teresa was born May 13, 1959 in Harper, Ks to Charles and Jo Ann(Layton) Stacy. The family soon moved to Cedar Vale where she attended the local schools and graduated from Cedar Vale High School in 1977.
She married George Stout, June 22, 1977 in Cedar Vale. He survives.
While in Cedar Vale she was involved with raising her family. She also worked at the Hill Top Cafe for several years for her mother. She later worked as a Para for USD# 465 in Winfield. In 2003, she moved to Blackwell, OK where she was manager of Shepards Oil Company.
Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Jo Ann.
She is survived by husband George, of the home. Son; Shane Lee Stout and wife Christine of Ark City. Daughter; Lacey Ann Stout and Husband Josh Breedlove of Ramona, OK Brothers; Jim Filtingberger of Adriana, MO., Rick Filtingberger of Cedar Vale, Steve Filtingberger of Sedan, Joseph Filtingberger of Blackwell. Sister Kathy Stacy of Blackwell. Grandchildren Genna Clark, Mitchell Evans, LeAnn Kelley, Ashton Kelley; and many nieces and nephews.
