FUNERAL OF MRS GOODWIN. One of California's Pioneer Women is Laid to Rest. Funeral of the late Mrs Elizabeth Goodwin took place at 10 o'clock this morning from the family home 845 South Burlington avenue. Dr J J Wilkins dean of St Paul's pro-cathedral had charge of the services and the pallbearers were H W O'Melven, J A Graves, I N Van Nuys, John E Plater, William Pridhain, J S Slauson, Charles Forman, H E Graves, Kaspare Cohn, Meyer Newmark, Stephen C Hubbell, Ben C Truman, E H Sanderson and Isadore Polaski. Interment was at Rosedale. Mrs Goodwin who passed away after a year's illness was the widow of L C Goodwin a pioneer of Southern California and at one time a prominent banker in Los Angeles.
