While still a child her family moved to Ennis Montana after her fathers death.
She had three children Cody, Euphiria and Caleb before setteling in Butte Montana where she was engaged to Staff Sergeant Montie R. Long from Guyton, Georgia who was the Butte Army Recruiter.
They were married on April 6th 2006 in Nevada .
Jeannie and Montie had two more children Samantha and Aaron.
Jeannie passed away after a short illness while living with her husband who was stationed at Camp Casey, South Korea.
