Forestville: A lifelong resident of Forestville district Ernest Streeter passed away at his home on the first concession of Charlotteville on Saturday morning in his 78th year, following a stroke.
Born in Charlotteville, a son of the late David Streeter and Mary Spencer Streeter, he farmed all his active life.
Surviving is his wife, formerly Belle Anderson, four daughters, Mrs. R. Brown (Stella) and Mrs. A. [Darby] (Beatrice), both of Burford, Nina of Rochester and Mrs. Harry Schram (Hilda), Ayr,
a granddaughter, Bernice Streeter of St. Catharines, who made her home with her grandparents,
and a number of other grandchildren,
two brothers, John and Jesse of Forestville, and three sisters, Mrs. Bert Schram of Forestville, Mrs. Harry Pick and Dr. [Myrtrabel] Lewis, both of Ohio.
Mr. Streeter was a lifelong member of Forestville Baptist Church.
