Angela M. Lawson, 82 of Enterprise, Kansas passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in Abilene. She was born August 15, 1931 in Guttenberg, Iowa, the daughter of William and Martha (Gerloff) Horstman. She married Michael "Mike" Lawson August 10, 1967 in Mount Hope, Wisconsin. He survives of the home. Angela worked as a laborer at Koney's for 18 years and Enterprise Nursing Home for 15 years. She retired in December of 2012. Angela is survived by her husband Michael "Mike" Lawson of Enterprise. Seven Daughters, Judy Sherriff of Guttenberg, Iowa, Barbara Dimaplas and husband Willie of Salina, Kansas, Mary Rutz of Salina, Kansas, Chante Rosalez and husband Gabe of Salina, Kansas, Christina Lawson and husband Mike of McPherson, Kansas, Shealee Cordell of Maryland and Lataya Lawson of Enterprise. One son, Scott Lawson and wife Linda of Fort Worth, Texas. One sister, Verd Faust of Guttenberg, Iowa. 20 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Cheryel Snyder and a son, James Lawson. One sister, Irene Shulkia and two brothers, Elno and Donald Horstman. Memorial Services for Angela will be 10:30A.M., Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home, with Rev. Jack Craig officiating. Inurnment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Enterprise.
