He was born May 21, 1982, in Montevideo to Anthony and Ronda (Bunn) Olson. He graduated from Montevideo Senior High in 2000. He attended Alexandria Technical College and studied carpentry. He worked as a carpenter and cabinet maker at Counter Craft in Montevideo.
He is survived by his parents; sister: Cara; grandparents; and great-grandmother.
