OSCEOLA - Laura E. Armour, 91, of Osceola passed away Thursday evening at Millers Merry Manor, Wakarusa. She was born March 5, 1922 in White Cloud, MI to the late Robert and Myrtle (Hunter) Wolframe.

She married James J. Armour in Fremont, MI; he died in 1981. She is survived by her children, Kelly Armour (Beth) of Osceola and Thom Armour (Diane) of Augusta, MI, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death is her daughter, Linda Lozmack, sons, Jerry A. and James J. Armour, along with a brother, Ted Wolframe.

Laura earned her degree in nursing and worked as a laboratory technician at the Gerber Foods Co. She was a loving mother and a very giving person; she loved to be called "Mo." She was a drag racing enthusiast who especially enjoyed watching Thom and Kelly race. She and Jim would always pack lunch for family and friends who would be with them. Laura and Jim loved to golf, fish and entertain. They enjoyed going to Notre Dame Football games and loved dancing. So the family feels they are dancing again, but in Heaven. She was a classy lady and will be remembered fondly. She was a former member of St. Mary's of the Assumption in Three Oaks where she served as President of the Altar and Rosary Society and was a Eucharistic Minister.
