Bryan Shane Patterson, 33, our beloved son, brother of Valerie Vinson and William Shaun Patterson and uncle of Vince Vinson, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 18, 2005 at his residence, 1603 Sandy Point Road, Knoxville, GA 31050. Funeral services will be held at 4P.M. Sunday at Bethel United Methodist Church. Interment will be held in the church cemetery.
Shane was born August 25, 1971 and was a lifelong resident of Crawford County. He was a graduate of Tattnall Square Academy (1989), Macon State College and Central Georgia Technical College. He was a former employee for Cigna Insurance Company and Cingular Wireless.
Shane is survived by his beloved parents, Gene and Emily Patterson; his sister, Valerie Patterson Vinson; his brother, Shaun Patterson; and his nephew, Vince Vinson, all of Knoxville, GA. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Hoke and Fay Hamlin Smith of Knoxville, GA and paternal grandparents, Homer and Euna Hatchett Patterson of Byron, GA.
