Jeanetta M Eggerling age 100 of Williamsburg, Iowa died peacefully on Monday at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Burial in the St Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Williamsburg.

Jeanetta Marie Beccard was the daughter of Fred A and Johanna M Griepenstroh Beccard. She received her education in the Syracuse, Nebraska schools.

She was married to Herold H Eggerling on January 8, 1936 in Syracuse. They were the parents of one daughter; Alice and three sons; Donald, Arlen and Arthur. The couple moved to Williamsburg in July 1947. Herold died January 6, 2002.

Jeanetta was a devoted homemaker, wife and mother. She was employed as a seed technologist with Holden Foundation Seeds for over 50 years. She was involved in many aspects of seed research and was a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the Holden's team. Herold died January 6, 2002.

She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Williamsburg. Jeanetta loved her garden, especially her flowers, and always had plenty of blooms to enjoy.
