Beloved wife of 50 years to Garwood H. Payne Jr. Greatly missed by her children, Garwood Payne and wife Celeste, and Debbie Vinsant and husband Brian. Remembered forever by grandchildren, Cody Vinsant, Jacob Payne, Joshua Payne & Molly Vinsant. Also, survived by one brother, Frank Fuson; one sister, Susie Gray; many loving nieces, nephews and friends. She will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her. A viewing will be held Wednesday, August 21st from 4-8pm. Services will be Thursday, August 22nd at 10am - both at East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA 95841.
