The following information was provided by FAG contributor M. Jensen Seggerman:

Albert Madison died at his home in Liberty Township at 12:10 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 1925, aged 40 years, 5 months and 23 days.

While working on a corncrib at his home Friday, June 19, Mr. Madison fell about ten feet, striking his back on a stone in the foundation of the crib. His screams attracted the attention of his wife. He could talk and explain how the accident occurred, but hie could not get up. He remained conscious until his death. Mrs. Madison summoned help and got her husband into the house and summoned Dr. Wiggins of Exeter and Dr. Bell of York, but they were unable to save Mr. Madison's life.

Mr. Madison was born in Missouri, but had spent most of his life in this county. He was married five years ago to Miss Eva McLeese of York. He is survived by his wife, and two children; four brothers and two sisters: Frank Madison, C. J. Madison, W. H. Madison, James Madison, Mrs. E. W. Bubolt and Mrs. Sade Adams.
