Uba Beavers, 97 of Russellville, passed away Friday, August 16, 2013. She was born May 4, 1916, in Cash, TX, to John Pearson and Ellen Freeman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Beavers and her parents. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Horace and Ann Beavers of Russellville, two grandchildren, Raymond Beavers of Russellville, Laura Denton of Flora, MS; two great-grandchildren, Johnny Childress of Flora, MS, Lauren Shearer of Brandon, MS and one great great-grandchild, Stone Shearer.
Uba attended Bethel Worship Center in Russellville. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6-8pm, at Broussard Funeral Chapel, 3323 East 6th Street, Russellville. Graveside funeral service and burial will be 10 am, Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Hector, under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home. Honorary pallbearers will be Raymond Beavers, Ray Pearson, Wayne Ball and Johnny Childress
