"Henry J. Waite, 80, retired Grand Trunk Railway machinist, died today at his home 2711 Gratiot Avenue.
He is survived by his wife and two grandsons, all of Port Huron.
Private funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Falk's Funeral Parlor.
The Rev. Benedict L. Bergstrom, pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
Mr. Waite was born 13 August 1854 in Lovington, England. He came to Fort Huron in 1892. He had lived here 45 years."
