Joseph Ausloos, 93, of St. Cloud, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 1995, at Villa Loretto Nursing Home in Mount Calvary, where he resided for the past year. He was born on March 10, 1902, in Lena, a son of Lambert and Josie Le Page Ausloos. On Aug. 31, 1935, he married Lucilla Dietz at Wahpeton, N.D. He attended grade school in Lena. He moved to the St. Cloud area and was employed at Kohler Co. for four years. Mr. Ausloos and his wife resided all of their married lives in St. Cloud, where he established the Standard Oil Agency in 1933 and retired in 1964. He was a member of St. Cloud Catholic Church, Fond du Lac Knights of Columbus, and was a former member of St. Cloud Fire Department. He was St. Cloud Village Board president for three terms, and was a former director, president and chairman of the board of State Bank of St. Cloud. Survivors include his wife; one daughter, three sons, (survivor names withheld per findagrave guidelines) 20 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one sister-in-law, Sally Ausloos of New Holstein. Preceding him in death were three brothers, four sisters and one great-granddaughter. Services: Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Huss Funeral Home in St. Cloud and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Cloud Catholic Church. The Rev. Peter Kutch will officiate. Burial will be at the parish cemetery. Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, where a vigil service will be held at 8 p.m.
