Mrs. Morgan was born Sept. 16, 1927, in Jacksonville to Alyce Mae Frazure and Clarence Duane Hopper. She was a current resident of Harbor Chase in Tallahassee. She grew up in Miami and attended Miami Edison Senior High School, Montverde Academy, Florida Southern College, and Stetson University.
A longtime resident of Jacksonville, she enjoyed working as a secretary for companies such as Paramount Pictures, Florida Bonded Pools, Cigna Insurance, and American AIG.
Her first marriage was to Frank Seaborn Bamburg, III in Dade County, Florida on September 19, 1947. They divorced in 1952. She married Thomas Mansfield Maddox in June 1954 and they were married until his death in October 1962. She married again in May 1964 in Duval County, Florida
She is survived by three adult children and her twin sister, Suzanne Weaver of Birmingham, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents.
