Mr. Limerick was the owner and operator of Hamburger Haven and Rawlings Drive-In. After retiring from the restaurant business he drove a cab for 15 years with Virginia Cab Co.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Doris G. Limerick.
Survivors include his children, David Limerick, Wayne Limerick, Ann Sturgell, Kenneth Limerick and Robyn Taylor; 17 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at noon Wednesday, Nov. 17, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, with the Rev. Bob Shultz officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, at the funeral home.
