CAMERON — Cheryl L. Fraser, 49, died Friday, Aug. 30, 2002, in her residence.
She was a native of Morgan City and had lived in Cameron for 34 years.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin L. Fraser of Cameron; two sons, David Eakin of Lake Charles and Chris Eakin of Grand Lake; one stepson, Kevin L Fraser Jr. of Cameron; one brother, Roger Lancon of New Iberia; two sisters, Debra Le Bouef of Jennings and June Sloan of Cameron; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Lancon of Cameron; one granddaughter, Megan
Eakin of Lake Charles; and one grandson, Kaden Eakin of Grand Lake.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 2, from Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Monsignor Louis Melancon will officiate. Burial will be in the church mausoleum under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Creole. Visitation is 10 a.m.-10 p.m. today, with a rosary at 7 p.m., in the funeral home.
