"Loveland, Colo., Sept. 9- The body of Rolla Clary, son of Mr. & Mrs. Zach Clary of 1435 Cleveland Ave., who died in the United States Military service at Liverpool, England, on Nov. 7, 1918, arrived in Loveland this morning and will be buried with full military honors here.
Clary was a private in the heavy tank corps and enlisted from Imperial, Neb., Jul 24, 1918. While on the way overseas on a transport he contracted influenza which later turned into bronchial pneumonia. He was taken from the transport in an unconscious condition on arriving at Liverpool, and died shortly afterwards."
