SALTVILLE, Va. James David "Tinkie" Wyrick Jr., 52, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2013, at the Smyth County Community Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, James D. and Pauline Wyrick; two sisters, Myrtle Baldridge and Doris Ann Fullen; and a brother, Noah Lee Davidson. He is survived by two brothers, Raymond Davidson and Ervin Davidson; two sisters, Sharlene McCoy and Annette Davidson; special nephews, Timothy Fullen, Roy Lee Fullen, Wayne Davidson, and Gerald Baldridge; several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Susie. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2013, at the Henderson Funeral Home with the Rev. Jamie Davidson and the Rev. Dean Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2013, at Henderson Funeral Home.
