Bobbi Josephine Atkins was the daughter of Calvin and Bertha C. Edmondson Atkins and the wife of Charles Jerome Popham.

Kennesaw resident

Bobbie Josephine Popham, 65, of Kennesaw died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003.

Services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, with the Revs. Bobby Therrell and Kenneth Wilbur officiating. Burial will be in Kennesaw City Cemetery.

A Gordon County native, Mrs. Popham was a member of Mount Olivet Baptist Church in Acworth.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie Popham; one son, Johnny Popham of Kennesaw; one daughter, Cathy Tague of Kennesaw; her mother, Bertha Atkins of Kennesaw; one brother, Harold Atkins of Calhoun; and three grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to Calvary Children's Home, 1430 Lost Mountain Road, Powder Springs, Ga. 30127.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
