Pamelia was a daughter of William Balcombe (1817-1898) and Sarah Creasy (1811-1882).

She married Peter Langridge on April 20, 1867 at Parish Reigate, St. Mary Magdalene in Surrey County, England.

1871 England census of Godstone, Surrey.

The family emigrated to Canada sometime between 1872 and 1876.
