Patrick Hugh Armstrong, Jr., age 47, of Baird, Texas, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013, in Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene.
Services will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday, August 15, 2013, in the Baird Church of Christ with interment to follow in Ross Cemetery, Spencer-Price Addition. Parker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 7:30 PM at the funeral home.
Patrick was born November 21, 1965, in Eastland Texas to Marsha (Cagle) and Patrick Hugh Armstrong, Sr.
He attended school in Clyde and married the love of his life, Cynthia Jeffcoat on October 23, 1982, in Clyde.
They had lived in Baird for the past 27 years.
Patrick was a truck driver, working the past 5 years for Hoot Johnson Construction of Hillsboro, Texas.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He loved his family, and was very proud of his truck!
Survivors include his wife Cindy, of Baird; 1 daughter, Crystal Viertel of Abilene; 2 sons, Justin Armstrong and his wife, Jaysa, of Clyde, and Jarrid Armstrong of Baird; 1 grandson, Lanxton, and another grandson, Jett, due to arrive in this world in October! He is also survived by 1 brother, Michael Armstrong and his wife, Diana, of Hewitt, Texas, his parents, Marsha and Patrick Armstrong of Clyde, along with several nieces and nephews.
