A retired nurse and educator, she died July 7. she was born February 19, 1943.
She is survived by her husband, Gary W. Harvey, mother Lavania (Parnell) Woodard, four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son John Miller and father John C. Woodard, Jr.
