The Waterloo native retired in 1981 from Rieke Corp. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
Surviving are sons Tom of Auburn and Jim and Ed, both of Waterloo; a daughter, Barb Stephens of Auburn; a sister, Jean Post of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille, brothers Harry, Russell and Charles, and sisters Fern Dunn, Fay Higley and June Lingle.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Feller Funeral Home, Waterloo, with calling from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be at Waterloo Cemetery.
Memorials are to the Hamilton Fish & Game Club in Hamilton.
