Cindy was a headstrong person! She LOVED playing bingo, and her ability to manage money was awesome! She had a good sense of humor. She used to love to do the Knock Knock joke on me about a hot pepper.....don't cry about it! Cindy worked briefly at AccuTran, Inc., in Paris, where she met her husband, Tony Watkins. They enhanced one another's lives for sure. Cindy died as a result of a botched by-pass surgery. We all miss her laughter, deviled eggs and love.
