Maiden name may also have been spelled "Hawk"; wife of Coonrod "Cooney" Adams. Some references give her name to have been Mary "Polly", others list her as Rebecca Houk.

Actual dates of birth and death are presently uncertain, one source states she died in 1848, but she appears to still be living on the 1850 Census - living with Elizabeth & Chris Reynerson - Pulaski Co. MO.

Coonrod's wife, Mary "Polly", was born about 1772 and died between 1850 and 1860 in Spring Creek Township, where she had resided with her daughter, Elizabeth (Adams) Kitchen Reynerson. Prior to settling in Phelps Co, Coonrod and Mary lived in the eastern part of Marion Co. KY, where their ten known children were born.
