Born December 22, 1933 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Ralph and Dora Keefer Arnold. She graduated in 1951 from Lucas High School. She had worked at Ideal Electric for 15 years, and then she joined her husband at Quinn Paint and Color for 34 years, selling the business and retiring in 1999. Mrs. Quinn was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. She joined Beta Sigma Phi in 1964. Mrs. Quinn enjoyed traveling, going on cruises, spending winter months in Estero, Florida, walking, reading, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband Donald S. Quinn, whom she married September 20, 1958; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert E. and Beverly Arnold of New Philadelphia, and James C. and Marilyn Arnold of Mansfield; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and James Shoenfelt, and Jane and Phil Plummer, all of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister-in-law, Betty Ann Arnold.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2005 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Carl W. Cunfer officiating. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Federation for the Blind.
