Mrs. Collier was born February 1, 1967, in Kingstree, a daughter of Sybil Kirby Burrows and the late Tommy Burrows. She was a graduate of Kingstree High School and was a homemaker.
Surviving are: her husband of Florence; her mother, of Murrells Inlet; children, James Micheal Collier, Carrie Jordan Collier, and Kameron Elizabeth Collier, all of Florence; a sister, Debra B. Mann of Murrells Inlet; special in-laws, Frank and Jeanette Collier of Florence, special brother-in-law, Earl Mann of Murrells Inlet; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, Lisa was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Ann Kirby.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday, August 13, 2013, in Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, with burial to follow in Kingstree Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 PM Monday at Williamsburg Funeral Home. The family requests memorials be made to The Children's Hospital of SC at MUSC Fund, PO Box 250201, Charleston, SC 29425 and specify the Cystic Fibrosis Center
