He is survived by his loving wife Katherine; sons Edward III, Michael J., and Kevin P.; grandchildren Edward IV, Kenneth, Melynda, Michele and Wendy; great-grandchildren Meagan, Madison, Isaiah & Laila; he is the stepfather of Steven, Sharon and Kevin Smith.
He was predeceased by his parents, Edward T. Sr. and Nora (Broderick); brothers Bernard and Walter; and sisters Mary and Evelyn.
