Mrs. Bennita R. "Bonnie" Bucholz, 48, of 517 14th St., died at 6:52 pm Wednesday in Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born in Girard, OH, on Dec. 8, 1938, daughter of Harold and Edith J. Young Beggs.
She was an employee of Venango Manor and Polk Center, enjoyed crocheting and raising Chihuahua dogs.
On May 26, 1979 she married William R. "Bud" Bucholz, and he survives, with two sons, Lewis "Buddy" Wagner of Fullerton, CA, and Randy Peters of Dempseytown; two step-sons, Bruce Bucholz of Richmond, VA, and William Bucholz of Houston, TX; her father, Harold L. Beggs of Franklin; two brothers, James E. Beggs of Rochester, NY, and Paul E. Wingard of Oxnard, CA; a sister, Edna V. Nichols of Pleasantville; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, and a brother, Leroy W. Beggs.
Services will be at 1:30 pm Sunday at Robert W. Gardinier Funeral Home with Rev. George P. Oglesby, pastor of the Van Free Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery.
