Richard Dale Barnes, 74 of Ridgely, Tennessee died on Friday, August 9, 2013, at his residence in Ridgely, Tennessee.
Born Monday, April 17, 1939, he was the son of the late Richmond Barnes and the late Lottie Wilson Barnes. Mr. Barnes was a United States Navy Veteran and retired law enforcement officer.
Mr. Barnes is survived by two nephews, Larry Siers of Las Vegas, Nevada and Henry Siers of Chicago, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Betty Warren Barnes and Barbara F. Barnes; two sisters, Frances Siers and Imogene Smith; a step-sister, Mary Lou Fetler and a step-brother, Bill Barnes.
Cremation services are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
