The son John was married to the Glen sisters----m:1 04/22/1768 Elizabeth Glen (1745-1769) m:2 05/01/1770 Jean Glen (1748-1819) - both daughters of William Glen of Ayrshire, Scotland. John the father's wife's name was Margaret.
