Christy Marie Mrozinski Horn of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013. at 1623 North Outer Drive in Lebanon, Indiana. She was 36. Born on December 8, 1976, in Evergreen Park, Illinois, she was the first child of Thomas Matthew and Judith Marie (Koehne) Mrozinski.
She was married to Scott M. Horn who survives.
Reared in Chicago until age 13, the family moved to Lebanon in December, 1989. She finished school in Lebanon where she was a 1995 graduate of Lebanon High School. She then completed her Associates Degree in Optometric Technology at Indiana University in Bloomington.
Christy worked for various optometrists in Indianapolis and Zionsville.
Devoted to her family, Christy loved her niece and spent her time caring for Lilly and enjoying her family.
The Rosary will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 11, 2013, at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Lebanon.
Visitation is planned for Sunday, August 11, 2013, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 319 East South Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m., at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Lebanon, with Rev. Timothy Kroeger officiating.
Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
