Born in Bridgeport, Mrs. Booth was a lifelong area resident. Prior to her retirement, she was a Private Secretary with Bridgeport Brass. She was a longtime member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church and was active in the St. Thomas Choir, the St. Thomas Ladies Guild and the St. Thomas Variety Shows. She was very much loved by the entire community.
Mrs. Booth is survived by three nieces, Charlotte DiSesa of Bridgeport, who was her faithful caregiver for the past twelve years, Elizabeth Wellington and Reginia Emanuel, both of FL.; two nephews, William Haines of Trumbull and Arthur Patenaude of ME.; several great-nieces & nephews and one great-great-great nephew.
She was predeceased by her three sisters, Regina Nielsen, Evelyn Patenaude and Elsie Haines.
Interment in Lawncroft Cemetery.
