DEATH: Thomas Jefferson Almony died at Shane, Baltimore Co, MD on 1901 Aug 14, he was age 81y native of Maryland, farmer, male white married widower, 5 children living, husband of Ann Almony, father James Almony, mother's maiden name Mary Sutton. primary senile debility 10 days, immediate diarrhea, reported by W. Millard Sterling, MD of Shane. (Did not find him in index but the death certificate was on the original microfilm SR 3948)
ESTATE: A Admin. account for Thomas Jefferson Almony book 16 p. 418 shows administrator John S. Ensor receiving $53.52 on Feb. 2, 1902.
OBIT: Mr. Jefferson Almony, aged 81 years, a respected citizen of the seventh district of Baltimore county, died on the 14th. The funeral took place on the 16th, Rev. Mr. Fleming officiating. The interment was made at West Liberty Cemetery, Mr. Samuel Kirkwood, of Shawsville was the undertaker. The pallbearers were George Wiley, William Enfield, W.H. Starr, Thomas Ayres, Joseph Kirkwood, and E.S. Miller. E.S.M. The Aegis August 23, 1901
