My ancestor, Amos C. Johnson, is the son of John Johnson Jr. and Betsey Eldridge. He is the grandson of my Rev. War ancestor, Capt. John Johnson and his first wife, Hannah Clark (Mayflower link).

Amos married Sarah Stoddard and is the father of Frances. Amos was killed by a felled tree at the age of 28. He is buried in Johnson Hill Cemetery where his grand parents and other family are buried on Johnson Hill Road across from the old homestead.
